Redditch United Football Club is host to the charities’ first ever Black-Tie Gala Evening;
It’s like nothing you’ve ever seen before!
Friends of Isaac’s Food Bank is becoming a well-known name in the local community of Redditch. Born out of an idea nearly five years ago by a then, 9-year-old Isaac, the Community Interest Company (CIC) was established and continues to rely heavily on community donations, and is supported by a number of charity fundraising events throughout the year.
... an event which has been in the concept stage for some time. The evening is what you would expect of a black-tie charity fundraising event and perhaps possibly something you wouldn’t.
Event Compere, Peter Bayley-Hill, as seen on BBC’s Dragon’s Den, better known as ‘Peter The Speaker’ will officially open the evening at 7.00pm. Peter will share the programme of the evening and of course speak about the incredible journey that Friends of Isaac’s Food Bank has had so far.
Guests will then be invited to a delicious sit-down 3-course dinner. During drinks and dinner, special guest YouTube sensation, Cavan Booth will amaze guests with his sleight of hand magic, which will leave guests speechless!
After dinner, the events’ headline act,
International Stage Hypnotist Poldark provides the entertainment, with scenes to demonstrate amazing hypnotic style phenomena for scientific research and the powers of your mind. You choose how you enter the hypnotic world, as a spectator in the audience or as a volunteer on stage to amaze the other guests. Expect moments of ‘how does he do that’ as Poldark brings the audience as close as he can, so you really feel part of the entertainment and believe what you see, although still wonder how it happens.
Peter will then round up the evening with raffle draws, fun games and surprises to celebrate the work of the charity.
Whilst Isaac will of course be in attendance, this event is only for adults, aged 16+. However volunteers for hypnotism, must be 18+ and can leave the performance at any time.
